How It Works
Our laundry service at Bluegrass Fresh and Folded is designed to make your life easier. Simply schedule a pickup, we wash and fold your clothes with care, and deliver them back to you fresh and clean.
Step One
Book online or by phone. Select your preferred pickup day and time.
🕐 Same-day orders must be placed before noon. Extra charge applies.
Step Two
Bag your laundry in a 13-gallon trash bag or laundry bag.
💡 We’ll send a reminder text before pickup and confirm bag weight during pickup.
Step Three
We sort your items, use your scent preference (including hypoallergenic), and fold neatly.

Step Four
Get a text when your laundry is on the way, with an ETA and porch photo confirmation.
🚚 Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.
